To Write Love on Her Arms X RAREFORM Collab

One of my favorite projects to work on is custom orders - we get approached by musicians, parks, nonprofits, and brands seeking to responsibly recycle their waste while also creating bold, one-of-a-kind bags & accessories to share with their customers!  We give new life to banners from concerts or special events which in turn have become raffle prizes, giveaways, or merchandise.  

When Mark Codgen, director of merchandising for To Write Love on Her Arms, approached us about doing a collaboration, we were stoked to create some custom gear for them!

Into these backpacks!

In case you have not heard of them yet, To Write Love on Her Arms (TWLOHA) seeks to destigmatize mental health disorders by bringing hope and healing to people struggling with depression, anxiety, and addiction.  TWLOHA exists “to encourage, inform, inspire, and invest directly into treatment and recovery” and believes “people were created to love and be loved” and that “hope and help are real”.  We are always excited to partner with new companies and ideas, but it is especially exciting when companies are doing work we really want to support!

We brainstormed with TWLOHA to create 100 limited edition Box Backpacks in black and grey which perfectly compliment their existing theme. The banners traveled for ten years and three million miles to conferences, concerts, and festivals all throughout the world and are now hand-stitched into one-of-a-kind RAREFORM backpacks! We are stoked about this collaboration and the amazing work TWLOHA is doing.
